Potato Au Gratin 芝士烤馬鈴薯

今天午餐弄了芝士烤馬鈴薯。 它不但美味,而且做法也相当容易!浓浓的奶味加烤成金黃色的芝士,让我吃的停不了口!B吃了也赞不绝口。除了鲜奶油,我还加了酸乳酪。芝士我是用了Parmesan(巴马臣),表面颜色金黄,内里微黄,香味明显带盐味。Parmesan不但是pasta的绝配,配合红酒更加美味可口,尤其是浓郁的红葡萄酒。
